Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health status.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate customized treatment plans that resonate with their specific needs and therapeutic goals, emphasizing client autonomy and involvement.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive behavioral changes and emotional regulation.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, effective treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote informed decision-making.

• Regularly track client progress, revising treatment plans as necessary to address any changes in their mental health status and ensure treatment efficacy.

• Work in coordination with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, thus enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance clinical competencies and client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
