Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health needs and strengths of clients, gathering essential information to inform treatment plans.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, fostering a supportive environment for clients to share and heal.

• Implement therapy techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, customizing methods to fit each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create cohesive treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups that empower clients and families with resources to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Perform crisis interventions, conducting risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in emergencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Youth Mental Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, supplemented with performance-based bonuses.
