Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to deliver effective individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, aimed at fostering positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Document client progress through detailed therapeutic notes and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Foster a supportive and collaborative relationship with clients, encouraging their active participation in their own therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of Honor Your Emotions, you will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide array of mental health issues across different age groups. Our patients include individuals, couples, children, and families from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (CA BBS) and registration with CAQH.

• Proficiency in Spanish or another language is highly desirable, with a salary differential available for bilingual candidates.

Preferred Experience\n

We highly value candidates with extensive experience working with diverse populations and a broad spectrum of mental health disorders. Experience in specific therapeutic modalities, as well as familiarity with various community resources and healthcare systems, will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time employees are eligible for medical and dental benefits, and we provide a supportive environment that encourages ongoing professional development. Additional compensation is available for bilingual skills.
