Mid-West Family Eau Claire has an immediate opening for a Marketing Specialist to join our sales team. Our locally owned group of radio stations includes WAXX 104.5, I-94, Greatest Hits 98.1, 92.9 The X, SportsTalk 105.1, 95.9 The Farm, plus a full-service digital marketing arm. What you’ll do Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses Prospect for new advertisers across radio and digital platforms Create full-funnel marketing solutions tailored to each client Develop expertise in our stations, digital strategy, and community connections What we’re looking for A motivated, people-first professional who enjoys solving problems Strong communication and relationship-building skills Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required if you’re driven and eager to learn) A passion for helping businesses succeed If you’re ready to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking culture where your ideas matter and your work has impact, we’d love to meet you.
