Logistics Coordinator

Ethnix Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Erlanger, KY. This role is responsible for coordinating daily transportation operations, monitoring route performance, providing real-time driver support, and ensuring efficient deliveries while maintaining operational excellence.The ideal candidate has experience in logistics or transportation, excels in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively communicate with drivers, planners, and operations teams to resolve issues and keep deliveries on schedule.ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily transportation operations and route performance.Provide real-time support for roadside incidents, breakdowns, and service disruptions.Coordinate hotel accommodations and driver support when necessary.Track routes, transfers, and delivery status to ensure on-time performance.Support route planning and provide operational assistance when needed.Generate operational reports and communicate route updates to the Logistics team.Coordinate with Operations regarding route changes, equipment issues, and delivery performance.Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and support compliance with company procedures.Utilize company systems including Samsara, Web Limena, Smart Delivery, Route4Me, and other transportation management platforms.Ensure assigned routes are completed and properly closed each day.Process customer payments when applicable.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a related logistics/transportation role is REQUIRED.Experience with FMCSA and DOT regulations is PREFERRED.Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is REQUIRED.Strong understanding of transportation operations, dispatch, routing, and driver support.Proficiency with transportation management systems and logistics software.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysEmployee Referral ProgramOngoing Training and Professional DevelopmentScheduleFull-Time – Day ShiftCandidates must be flexible in working beyond their scheduled hours or adjusting their schedules as required to support business and operational needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
