We've been in business since 2016 and have already grown to 32 locations spread throughout the US. Our plan is to continue expanding and to continue providing exceptional service to our wide array of customers!We are currently looking to add a Sales Rep to our team in Pompano. This position requires an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with our customers. Not only is this role financially rewarding in an economy proof industry, it also provides an opportunity for future growth and career advancement within our organization.Benefits:Medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance coverageEligible for our Sales Rep Incentive programMonthly vehicle allowanceMileage reimbursementDuties include, but are not limited to:Business to business sales of new tires, tire retreads, and tire related servicesWorking with customers to help manage their inventory levels at shop and warehouse locationsDropping off new inventory to customers and picking up tires that will be retreaded (larger inventory levels will be coordinated with a company driver)The ideal candidate will possess the following:3-5 years' experience in business to business sales preferred but not requiredKnowledge of commercial tires and retreading preferred but not requiredAbility to multitask and continually prioritize a changing workloadStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAn aggressive and competitive nature to drive sales growthThe confidence to close a saleSuperior communication skills – including listening and speaking/writingCollege degree preferred but not requiredThis position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, in addition to a performance-based incentive plan.
