Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulating actionable clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services, supporting clients through acute mental health emergencies, and collaborating with emergency services when necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring all documentation reflects ongoing progress and treatment adjustments.

• Work in close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, share insights, and contribute to case discussions, ensuring all client needs are met holistically.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
