Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and available resources, which is crucial for developing personalized treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for each client.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clearly defined goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes, which play a critical role in client progress and success.

Qualifications\n
