Remote Help Desk Analyst IT Support & Incident Solver

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of technical support experience and strong customer service skills. The role involves responding to customer incidents, documenting interactions using ServiceNow, and providing support to team members. Candidates must reside in NY or PA. Flexibility to work Tuesday through Saturday is required, along with excellent communication skills and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
