Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk

• Process invoices and expense reports accurately while verifying documentation, approvals, and purchase orders as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• Enter and maintain accounts payable data within company accounting systems, ensuring timely payment processing as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate issue resolution with suppliers as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• Prepare APrelated journal entries, manage aging reports, and assist with monthend close activities as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• Maintain vendor records, W9 documentation, and support annual 1099 preparation as the Accounts Payable Clerk

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Clerk

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Experience with CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadlinedriven environment
