Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized, one-on-one video chat therapy sessions with clients, focusing on enhancing their mental well-being and coping strategies.

• Guide clients through discussions of their emotions, past experiences, and relationships to help them build self-awareness and insight.

• Function as a strong advocate for clients, supporting them in identifying personal goals and working towards achieving them through treatment plans.

• Assess clients' mental health conditions meticulously and develop tailored treatment plans employing a solution-focused approach grounded in clinical expertise.

• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure continuity of care and effective communication regarding client progress and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R).

• No disciplinary actions on your record and not holding a limited or provisional license.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a compassionate approach to client interactions.

• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with teletherapy platforms to effectively engage with clients remotely.
