Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, including crisis management and risk assessment strategies.

• Provide timely and comprehensive documentation in line with regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of clinical records.

• Utilize various evidence-based screening tools to guide clinical decisions and enhance treatment efficacy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavioral support plans, ensuring holistic approaches to client care.

• Actively engage in administrative responsibilities, such as participating in licensing and accreditation processes essential for program compliance.

• Serve as a bridge between clients and community resources, including state agencies and local services, fostering effective communication and partnerships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, emotional distress, and developmental disabilities. Your role will not only involve therapeutic interventions but also outreach to ensure that all clients can access necessary resources to support their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical practices.

• Active LMHC license issued by the state of Washington, enabling you to practice independently.
