Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist - Law Firm Law Firm is seeking an A/P & A/R Specialist with law firm experience to join a mid size law firm in Boca Raton! The candidate will work closely with other members of the accounting area including the Firm Administrator in handling the day-to-day billing operations of the firm. Job Duties Cut checks, make deposits, data entry Client and vendor communication (some) Day to Day client payables Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required Proficiency in accounting software - Quickbooks and Tabs Must have some law firm experience, but will train! 2+ years’ experience working in a law firm in some capacity Ability to work well independently and effectively prioritize assignments Ability to respond effectively to clients’ questions and needs This is a five day per week, in-office position.
