Key Responsibilities\n

• Patient Counseling: Engage with patients and their families to instruct on therapeutic regimens and adherence to treatment protocols, providing clear explanations and supportive strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive patient records, including intake summaries, treatment plans, and other case documentation, adhering to state laws and NCQA regulations.

• Supervision: Potentially supervise Post-Master's Fellows or Associate counselors, depending on the completion of supervision coursework, fostering professional growth within the team.

• Community Engagement: Leverage public and private resources to support patients and their families, providing appropriate referrals to external support services when necessary.

• Program Development: Actively participate in the design, implementation, and evaluation of treatment programs aimed at assisting patients with both acute and chronic mental health issues.

• Safety Reporting: Maintain an awareness of safety concerns and report them to the appropriate agencies, focusing on patient welfare and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Therapeutic Support: Offer outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting therapeutic techniques based on patient progress and feedback.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
