Seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and mindset individual to join our team part-time (10-20 hours/week) with the goal of transitioning to a full-time Chief of Staff/Operations role. This person will be closely learn the behind-the-scenes of Content Creator business. Looking for someone who is hungry to learn, grow, and be a part of a fast-paced team! 1. Manage Email, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and iMessage
2. Post on Social Media (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
3. Data/analytics gathering from multiple platforms
4. Travel/Event logistics
5. Manage video production timelines across multiple projects
6. Manage internal team
7. Newsletter/Blog writing & management
8. Come up with new ideas to organize workflow & processes
9. Babysit, manage, and help execute ideas from a creative person aka me (who is messy, unorganized, and all over the place - yet comes up with amazing ideas) - MUST thrive in ambiguity
