Executive Assistant to Health, Wellness, Tech Creator

Seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and mindset individual to join our team part-time (10-20 hours/week) with the goal of transitioning to a full-time Chief of Staff/Operations role. This person will be closely learn the behind-the-scenes of Content Creator business. Looking for someone who is hungry to learn, grow, and be a part of a fast-paced team! Include the word zebra somewhere in your application. This role is for someone who loves optimization, systems, execution, and helping ambitious people perform at a high level. Preferably has an interest in health, wellness and/or technology! Location Tribeca, New York City Mission I want to build the world's most trusted (and fun) brand in the health & wellness space. Manage Email, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and iMessage
Post on Social Media (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Data/analytics gathering from multiple platforms
Travel/Event logistics
Manage video production timelines across multiple projects
Manage internal team
Newsletter/Blog writing & management
Come up with new ideas to organize workflow & processes
Babysit, manage, and help execute ideas from a creative person aka me (who is messy, unorganized, and all over the place - yet comes up with amazing ideas) - MUST thrive in ambiguity
