Director of SEO and PPC

the client is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing Team. In this role, you will lead and implement SEO and PPC strategies in close collaboration with internal and external partners, helping drive natural search performance across domestic and international programs across all company websites. You will also support site maintenance and revisions, and may eventually manage the development of a new website from concept through completion. Key responsibilities include developing SEO/PPC strategies to increase lead volume, reduce cost per acquisition, and improve competitive performance. You will monitor and report on performance metrics such as organic rankings and site traffic trends, conduct keyword research and competitive analysis, optimize on-page content and meta tags, and support link-building activities. You will create and manage multi-location and multi-geo campaigns mapped to conversion-focused landing pages, perform site audits to improve crawlability and adherence to best practices, and maintain ongoing measurement and budget tracking across campaigns and search engines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand SEO management and strategy, with strong understanding of SEO and SEM processes and search engine relevance ranking criteria in both domestic and international contexts. Experience with WordPress and its themes/plugins is expected, and additional familiarity with front-end web concepts (such as CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and related languages) and clear, detail-oriented communication is required. Preferred experience may include work within luxury or retail sectors, along with prior roles such as Digital Marketing Director or Search Engine Optimization Director; a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing is also expected.
