Vice President, Ophthalmology

Ascend Vision Partners seeks a Vice President, Ophthalmology Capitated Service Line to lead strategy, growth, and performance for its risk-based eye care programs. This executive will own P&L for the capitated service line, designing and optimizing value-based care models across a fast-growing network of ophthalmology and optometry practices. Responsibilities include partnering with physicians and practice leaders, overseeing multi-site operations, and driving access, throughput, and care coordination. The VP will leverage data and analytics to improve utilization, quality, and financial outcomes; collaborate with finance, HR, and technology; lead payer discussions; and integrate new practices into standardized, high-performing workflows within a collaborative, innovation-focused culture.
