Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify each child’s developmental needs and create tailored intervention strategies.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that they align with family priorities and developmental benchmarks.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes for children and families through regular follow-ups, adjusting plans as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Provide direct support to families, equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and skills necessary to foster their child's development in a nurturing environment.

• Administer evidence-based practices, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations that govern early intervention services.

• Utilize a coaching model and Natural Learning Environment Practices to engage children in their own homes, facilitating integrated learning experiences.

• Build and maintain strong rapport with children, families, and team members, promoting a collaborative atmosphere that enhances learning and development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
