Accounts Payable Specialist

What You'll Be Doing:
- Process, review, and reconcile vendor invoices and statements
- Support weekly check runs and payment processing
- Research and resolve vendor and invoice discrepancies
- Maintain accurate vendor records and AP documentation
- Partner with field teams and internal departments to gather required information
- Manage data entry, reporting, and record maintenance
- Assist with additional accounting and administrative projects as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with accounting systems
- Experience in construction, real estate, property management, or a related industry is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
