About the Role We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all AP transactions. Key Responsibilities Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports. Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts. Prepare and execute weekly check runs and electronic payments. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate AP records and documentation. Assist with month-end closing and reporting. Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting preferred). 1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles. Benefits Weekly pay during temp-to-hire period.
