Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding clients’ mental health status, strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and support clients’ recovery objectives.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to clients experiencing acute distress.

Qualifications\n
