Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the needs of individuals, families, and groups.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to patient-specific needs and goals, ensuring alignment with established best practices in mental health.

• Coordinate care effectively by acting as a liaison between patients and community resources such as mental health services, educational support, and vocational training.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches that foster a sense of well-being and support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record system, adhering to medical record policies and standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
