Human Resources Generalist
Solar Energy Solutions is a leading organization in the renewable energy sector, dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions. We are currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Generalist to join our esteemed team. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, with a focus on supporting organizational goals through effective human capital management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the full cycle of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
- Support performance management processes, including facilitation of appraisals and development programs.
- Provide guidance and counsel to employees and management on HR policies and employee relations matters.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company's values.
- Stay abreast of relevant employment legislation and best practices to ensure organizational compliance.
