Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, leading you to develop suitable treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff to ensure a cohesive approach to care that aligns with each student's unique educational and emotional needs.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning as necessary, ensuring students have immediate support in high-risk situations.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards to track treatment effectiveness and regulatory requirements.

• Implement and conduct therapeutic groups, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, creating engaging spaces that foster growth and community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
