Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan and manage individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific challenges and strengths, including collaborating with school staff to coordinate support.

• Conduct thorough interviews with clients and their families to assess their psychological needs, limitations, and support resources, creating a comprehensive understanding for effective intervention.

• Set measurable goals for client improvement and monitor progress, adjusting treatment approaches and techniques as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide clients with evidence-based counseling, strategies, and coping mechanisms during therapy sessions to facilitate positive behavioral change.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports to facilitate communication within the multidisciplinary team and adhere to legal standards.

• Participate in case conferences and offer expert testimony when necessary, collaborating with other professionals in the educational environment to ensure coordinated care.

• Act as a key worker for designated cases and refer clients to relevant community services for additional support in their recovery journey.

• Remain current with social work practices, community resources, and evidence-based treatment methodologies through continuous education and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or Sociology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year , complemented by performance bonuses.
