Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children with developmental delays to gain a detailed understanding of their needs and strengths.
\n
• Participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that all aspects are tailored to each child and family situation.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team, keeping all members informed and engaged in service delivery.
\n
• Facilitate effective communication and rapport-building with children and their families, fostering a safe and nurturing environment conducive to development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices in developing strategies that support the children’s growth.
\n
• Provide skill-building sessions to families, equipping them with practical tools to enhance their child’s development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations affecting practice and services.
\n
• Adapt methods to accommodate various learning styles and ensure the best possible outcomes for children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children from birth to three years old who are experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. As an LCSW at Life Escape Counseling Center, you will work closely with families to understand their unique circumstances and challenges, delivering tailored services and fostering their children’s growth in essential areas, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Active LCSW licensure from the Department of Public Health.
\n
• Valid driver’s license to facilitate travel for home visits as necessary.
\n
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
\n
• A commitment to utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices and adapting to each child's needs.
\n
• Experience with early intervention services is strongly preferred, with at least one year in direct service to children.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
