Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific challenges.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, which may include individual, couples, and family therapy, utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities to promote healing and growth.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, school psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a coordinated approach to each client’s treatment.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client records, ensuring all progress notes are up-to-date and compliant with relevant legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related conditions. This role requires not only therapeutic expertise but also an understanding of the unique dynamics within school environments that affect students' mental health. Through your interventions, you will help students thrive academically and socially while providing continuous support to their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least three years of documented experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapeutic practices.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
