Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique circumstances and requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and other mental health issues. Your ability to establish rapport and foster a safe space for clients to express themselves will be critical to their recovery process. By tailoring your therapeutic approach to the individual needs and cultural backgrounds of clients, you will enhance their experience and outcomes in our care.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required to be considered for this position:

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.

• At least four years of relevant experience in the mental health field, particularly in outpatient settings.
