Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that provide insights into clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with specific goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create a coordinated care plan that addresses each client’s unique needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans to comply with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage clients in group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance support and community connection.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
