Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic counseling to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to address mental health needs and promote effective coping strategies.

• Serve as an essential advocate for clients, assisting them in accessing community resources and social services that contribute to their overall quality of life.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records, including treatment notes and progress reports, in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LCSW at Grace Behavioral Health Center, you will work primarily with adult clients who face a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues.
