Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments for students, identifying their unique needs and challenges.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to address mental health issues, enhance emotional well-being, and promote successful integration into the school community.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions specifically designed for conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, and attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions to support personal growth, emotional regulation, and effective coping strategies.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic care that benefits every student.

• Providing psychoeducation to students and families about mental health conditions, effective strategies, and available resources.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of assessments and treatment plans to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in team meetings and case conferences to discuss progress and interventions.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this rewarding position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
