Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental challenges.

• Participate actively in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development, ensuring each plan is tailored to child and family needs.

• Monitor family and child outcomes as an integral team member, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.
\n
• Establish rapport with children and their families, fostering a collaborative and trusting environment conducive to learning.

• Develop customized plans with families using evidence-based practices that adhere to Natural Learning Environment guidelines.

• Implement individualized services as outlined in the IFSP, adjusting frequency and intensity based on developmental milestones and family priorities.

• Provide families with essential resources and training to enhance their child’s development, promoting a holistic approach to early intervention.

• Utilize coaching models to educate families while delivering support in natural settings.

• Ensure a safe environment for all staff and individuals we serve by adhering to established health and safety standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to provide compassionate, effective support to young children who experience disabilities or developmental delays, particularly during their formative years. Our team's comprehensive care includes early intervention services that target physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. By working closely with families, our LCSWs help foster impactful developmental outcomes for children, ensuring they can thrive in their environments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the Texas Department of Public Health.
