Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art surgical center, where we provide both medical and cosmetic dermatological services. With a focus on creating a positive patient experience, our skilled team works together to ensure high standards of care and service. A typical work week includes Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the flexibility to accommodate personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Dermatology Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and managing a diverse range of dermatological conditions, conducting comprehensive screenings and thorough history-taking to establish effective treatment plans.
• Performing various procedures, including skin biopsies, excisional surgeries, and cosmetically-focused treatments such as Botox, Juvederm, and laser therapies aligned with patient preferences.
• Collaborating closely with dermatologists and other healthcare providers to innovate and improve patient care protocols.
• Providing education to patients about their conditions, treatment options, and skincare regimens, ensuring they feel empowered in their health journey.
• Participating in operational aspects including administrative functions and promoting additional clinic services like skincare products and aesthetic treatments, thus enhancing patient engagement and referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient demographic, from pediatric to adult populations, including those seeking both therapeutic and cosmetic dermatological solutions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies and be certified to practice as a Physician Assistant.
• Have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in general and cosmetic dermatology, showcasing comprehensive knowledge in managing dermatological disorders.
• Demonstrate proficiency in various surgical techniques and injectable procedures, meeting industry-standard best practices.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience in integrating cosmetic procedures into patient care pathways to enhance aesthetic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
