Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed medical evaluations to assess patient health, factoring in both physical and psychosocial elements related to pain.
• Utilize knowledge of various pain management methodologies to design individualized treatment plans encompassing pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches.
• Facilitate patient education concerning pain management techniques, including lifestyle changes, self-care routines, and coping strategies to empower patient involvement in their own recovery.
• Administer interventional pain management procedures such as nerve blocks and epidural injections, following established clinical protocols.
• Regularly monitor and manage medication regimens for pain relief, adjusting treatments based on patient feedback and clinical response.
• Document all patient encounters and treatment updates in EHR with precision, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Work alongside other healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize health outcomes for patients with complex pain management needs.
• Partake in continuous education and training sessions to remain up-to-date on emerging pain management techniques and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be responsible for caring for a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with chronic pain conditions, acute pain resulting from surgeries or injuries, and those requiring ongoing pain management therapies. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Certification as a Physician Assistant and Florida state medical license in good standing.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 260,000 to 610,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
