What does an Administrative Assistant do at Falcon? Provides administrative and clerical support to company officials and managers, receptionist duties, telephone operation and general office management duties.

Skills needed for this role:  

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.   Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Core Hours: 1st Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday)

Status: Non-Exempt
