Estate planning and probate experience is preferred but is not required and will be considered a soft-screen qualification. Job Description Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to attorneys handling estate planning, probate, and related matters. Assist with preparing, organizing, and maintaining legal documents, correspondence, and client files. Coordinate client meetings, appointments, calls, and other communications. Communicate professionally with clients and assist with gathering information and documentation. Support attorneys with deadlines, filings, document preparation, and case-related administrative tasks. Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files. Assist with client intake, engagement documentation, scheduling, and follow-up. Track important deadlines and help ensure matters move forward efficiently. Work collaboratively with attorneys and other team members to provide an exceptional client experience. Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Qualifications 3+ years of legal assistant experience. Estate planning and probate experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional and client-service oriented. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Experience in a law firm environment strongly preferred.
