This role is exclusively remote, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients throughout New York State. Flexible work hours allow for a balanced lifestyle, with the core schedule from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. As part of our telehealth initiative, you will access innovative tools to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring that you can deliver effective counseling regardless of location.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on their goals and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities tailored to a diverse range of mental health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges from children to adults, presenting a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a safe and welcoming environment, particularly for clients navigating their mental health journeys for the first time. Through telehealth, you will be able to connect with individuals in remote or underserved areas, expanding access to critical mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• An active New York State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is essential.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using telehealth platforms and a strong comfort level with digital communication tools.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
