California Licensed Chat Supervisor

To support crisis intervention efforts, the part-time California Licensed Chat Supervisor will oversee and assist crisis chat and text counselors, ensuring compliance with program standards and providing training and feedback, all while working remotely for a total of 20 hours per week. Key responsibilities Live monitor chat/text queues and ensure counselor adherence to policies for smooth service delivery Document and report feedback on counselor performance and provide individual support based on identified training needs Act as the primary communication link between frontline staff and leadership, addressing operational incidents and employee concerns Required qualifications Minimum two years of experience in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, or crisis line services At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience Strong understanding of crisis line procedures and risk assessment Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and crisis line software Current California driver's license and acceptable driving record
