Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions that cater to each client's unique needs through telehealth.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans and therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A strong grasp of ethical and legal standards relevant to mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills to connect with a diverse client base.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this telehealth LPC position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
