Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused interventions.

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to cultivate a supportive and healing atmosphere.

• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate holistic approaches to client care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and therapy sessions, adhering to ethical standards and client confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices and developments in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population consists of diverse individuals and families seeking assistance with a range of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, relational issues, grief and loss, trauma, and substance abuse problems. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to connect with clients from various backgrounds and create a safe and trusting space for them to address their concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of practical counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
