Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions using evidence-based methodologies to address mental health challenges, trauma, and dual diagnoses.

• Utilize our cloud-based EHR system to update and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with insurance policies, including Medicaid and Medicare.

• Provide thorough assessments to identify client needs, collaboratively work with clients to develop actionable treatment goals, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to their specific situations.

• Work within a structured framework while having the autonomy to innovate treatment approaches that foster client empowerment and recovery.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development meetings to enhance skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve clients grappling with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The client demographic is diverse, with individuals from various age groups and backgrounds. Your role will involve creating a safe and understanding space for clients to explore their challenges and find pathways to improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of three years of experience working in mental health counseling is essential to ensure industry competency and client safety.

• Proficient in the use of technology, including a reliable laptop or desktop with secure internet access and a functioning web camera to facilitate telehealth sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
