Our outpatient office setting focuses on outpatient services, enabling clients to receive necessary treatment without the constraints of hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools to determine emotional and behavioral difficulties.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs, setting specific therapeutic goals and objectives.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Guide clients in learning effective coping mechanisms and self-care strategies to manage their symptoms and enhance their overall quality of life.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients’ progress through structured follow-ups and progress notes to ensure that therapy goals align with their evolving needs.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to enhance treatment efficacy and ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of clients' treatments, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards pertaining to patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
