Florida focused business law firm is hiring a paralegal with corporate law experience.  This law firm is celebrated for its workplace culture that prioritizes quality of life offering powerful resources and a collaborative team.  With a deep footprint in the region, the firms team represents visionaries, enterprises, and institutions shaping the future of commerce and community in Tampa and the State of Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Entity Lifecycle: Form, dissolve, merge, and maintain records for corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.
• Tax Onboarding: Prepare and file IRS forms for newly established legal entities.
• Corporate Governance: Draft governmental agency reports, audit letter responses, corporate resolutions, and partnership actions.
• Transaction Management: Review purchase/sale agreements, compile closing checklists, and organize closing documentation.
• Legal Research: Research state corporate statutes, administrative regulations, and securities laws.
• Due Diligence: Perform thorough due diligence activities to support transactions and compliance.
