Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr Job Overview An Established Bank is looking for an experienced paralegal to join its corporate legal team in the Tampa Bay area. This role will require prior experience with corporate governance legal work, as well as managing multiple entities and subsidiary matters. The bank offers a very competitive salary, as well as hybrid flexibility and the chance to work closely with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives as part of a collaborative team.
