Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr Job Overview An Established Bank is looking for an experienced paralegal to join its corporate legal team in the Tampa Bay area. This role will require prior experience with corporate governance legal work, as well as managing multiple entities and subsidiary matters.
