What You'll Do

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play an important role in supporting daily accounting operations and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for payment
  
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation
  
• Enter invoices accurately into the accounting system
  
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
  
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships
  
• Maintain organized AP records and supporting documentation
  
• Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues
  

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounts payable, accounting clerk, bookkeeping, or related experience
  
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
  
• Knowledge of invoice processing and account reconciliation
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  
• Experience working in a high-volume AP environment
  
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
  

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
