Compensation:

$97,700 - $187,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Show properties to prospective buyers with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
• Guide clients through the home-buying process, providing clear and actionable advice at each step.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and generating referrals.
• Coordinate with other real estate professionals to ensure seamless transactions and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the local real estate market and trends to provide clients with up-to-date information.
• Manage your schedule effectively to accommodate client needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
• Utilize company-provided tools and systems to track client interactions and progress efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ability to manage your schedule efficiently, balancing client needs with personal commitments.
• Familiarity with local real estate market trends and the ability to convey this information to clients.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to track client interactions and progress.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team of real estate professionals.
