Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic partnerships. Transition prospects into loyal Northwest customers by communicating service value. Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs. Maintain a safety‑first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment. Expectations Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY , upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care. Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and image with every customer interaction. Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid). Valid driver’s license (required). Independent field work and route‑based assignment management. Physical Demands / Working Environment Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Operate a company vehicle for extended periods; travel between counties or service areas. Use a ladder within manufacturer's weight capacity. Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops. Work in all weather conditions.
