Responsibilities Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes : Conduct interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, then offer quotes to potential customers based on their needs. Sales and Lead Generation : Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and forming strategic partnerships with businesses. Customer Transition : Communicate the value of our services to prospects and transition them into loyal customers. Relationship Building : Build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Ongoing Learning : Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay on top of industry trends and enhance your skills. Safety First : Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Sales experience preferred. Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid). Valid driver’s license required. Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
