Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively engage in a multidisciplinary team approach, collaborating with other mental health professionals to formulate and refine individualized treatment plans that best meet each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families navigating complex relational issues, including communication breakdowns, conflicts, and trauma. A significant portion of our clientele struggles with substance use disorders, often coupled with anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Your role involves tailoring therapeutic approaches to help clients gain insights into their behaviors, enhance their coping strategies, and foster enduring positive change in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.

• A current and active California LMFT license, free of any suspensions or probationary conditions, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
