This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator who wants hands-on case responsibility, sophisticated matters, and long-term growth within a collaborative and highly regarded practice. Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Handle depositions, court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations Develop case strategy and work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation Work alongside experienced attorneys on property and energy subrogation matters Active California or Michigan Bar membership 2+ years of civil litigation experience Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to independently manage matters and competing deadlines Subrogation experience is a plus, but not required Competitive compensation Very generous bonus structure Disability and long-term care coverage 401(k) PTO & paid holidays Collegial environment with opportunities for practice growth and promotion #J-18808-Ljbffr
